• Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified
• All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes
• Payment methods include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer
• Late payments may result in course suspension

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund: Available up to 7 days before course start date
• 50% refund: Available 3-7 days before course start date
• No refund: Within 3 days of course start date or after course begins
• Medical/Emergency: Considered on a case-by-case basis with documentation

5. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Respect instructors and fellow students
• Complete assignments and participate actively
• Follow classroom and online learning guidelines
• Not disrupt the learning environment
• Report technical issues promptly

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All course materials, website content, and educational resources are protected by copyright and remain the property of RedisaZote. Students may use materials for personal learning purposes only.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

• Record classes without permission

10. Technology Requirements

• Substitute instructors when necessary
